This impressively sized steak, Tomahawk, is cut from the trusted farms in Scotland, it will be exquisitely tender and deeply flavoured.

  • Premium grass-fed British beef
  • Dry aged on the bone for 28 days for succulence
  • Cooking instruction:
    1. After defrosting, put the steak to room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
    2. Preheat oven to 230°C

    3. Heat the pan. Add a little oil to the pan. or brush directly onto the steak. 
    4. Place the steak into the preheated oven and cook.
    Rare - medium rare: 12-14 minutes
    Medium - medium well: 18-20 minutes
    Well done: 24-25 minutes
    5. Rest in a warm place for 10 minutes
