Miyakonojo Wagyu comes from Miyakonojo, the southwest part of Miyazaki prefecture. The wagyu cattle are unique in their genetics, and raised extremely carefully. They have higher Omega 3 and unsaturated fats than others.
There are only about 13,000 heads of Miyakonojo Wagyu, really rare and precious.
