U.S. Frontiere Mishima Reserve All-Natural Wagyu is mainly reared in the Northwestern United States and the Rocky Mountains. It is a black-haired Wagyu beef, bred and raised by small family ranches.
The lineage is derived from the Japanese Wagyu Tajima beef, which is mixed with American Angus beef, up to 50% Wagyu descent.
The meat is tender and juicy with evenly distribution of marbling, all the while retains the unique aroma, soft and sweet taste of Angus beef, a perfect combination of the two.
There is no use of hormones or antibiotics, producing safe, reliable, high-quality and delicious beef.
