Chile St. Andrews Butter & Garlic Whole Shell Blue Mussels 454g38225
St. Andrews is one of the largest mussel producers in the world. The mussels come from the southern tip of Chile, renowned for its biologically diverse and nutrient-rich waters, the mussels acquire wonderful flavour.
The mussels are cooked with butter, onion, cream, white wine, paprika and garlic. For best results, cook frozen without thawing. Submerge bag in a large pot of boiling water. Boil for approximately 5-6 minutes until mussels open. It has strong aroma and delicious flavour, retaining the juice of mussels.
1 pound (about 454g) /pack. Each pack contain 25-30 pieces of mussels.
